This curriculum satisfies the initial 8 clock-hour administrator training requirement under 26 TAC §558.259(c) for administrators of Home and Community Support Services Agencies (HCSSAs) of all license types licensed in the State of Texas. Course content covers foundational business, employment, and workplace compliance laws applicable to all HCSSA administrators.

This course was approved by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) pursuant to 26 TAC §558.259(c). Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of completion issued by Accurate QA Solutions.
