This curriculum satisfies the initial 16 clock-hour administrator training requirement under 26 TAC §558.259(d) for administrators of Home and Community Support Services Agencies (HCSSAs) licensed in the State of Texas. Course content is derived directly from the ten required subject areas enumerated in §558.259(d)(1)–(10) and covers obligations applicable to all three HCSSA license categories: Type A (licensed home health), Type B (personal assistance), and Type C (licensed and certified home health/hospice).

This course was approved by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) pursuant to 26 TAC §558.259(e). Upon completion, participants receive a certificate of completion issued by Accurate QA Solutions.
